Day 79 - Ocala, Florida

Some RV Parks have lightning fast internet.   Some, like the one we are in today, are slow beyond belief.  It is just that some parks don't want to go to the expense and effort for good internet equipment.   When we are in a park we check out the sites around the area, routes to our next destination, our email, and enter the blog info.  Anyway, enough frustration venting.   On our way to Starbucks to get good internet we saw this service station.   Check out the roof, it thinks that it is located in Daytona.

We were at Starbucks for an hour doing internet stuff.

Our trailer came with a remote to operate the slide outs and leveling feet.   It died and we did not get a charger for it.   Luckily there was a Batteries Plus only a quarter mile from the park.  Now it is charging and having the remote makes setting up and breaking down much easier.

That is all the excitement for today.   Martha picked up a cold and so we are going to hang out at the trailer for the rest of the day.   Tomorrow we go to a park near Atlanta, Ga.   It will be our longest drive day, eight hours.   Saturday we go to Pigeon Forge and also pick up Brent and Lori at the airport in Knoxville, TN.   They are joining our travels for a week.   Together the four of us will do Dollywood, Nashville, and Memphis (Graceland) before we separate.  Come on along!
